Can you resize my ring and if so, what is the price?

We absolutely can resize your ring.  There are many factors to pricing the sizing, type and color of metal, number of stones, width of the shank, current finger size it is and what size it needs to be sized to. We prefer to see the ring to give an accurate estimate. We complete most resizings within 2-3 days. No appointment is necessary. Drop by Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm.

Do you do appraisals? How much is one?

We do all types of appraisals from insurance to Estate (also known as Equitable Distribution).  Our turnaround time is about 2 weeks but can be longer for multiple item appraisals.  Appointments are available if you prefer. Please contact our Sales team at 704-332-1605.

Items start at $89 each and may be more depending on the complexity of the item. For any diamond over 1 carat, we include a Diamond Plot and comprehensive grading report. We will give you exact appraisal charges before proceeding with your appraisal.

Can I create a custom piece?

Yes!  There are several ways we can custom design a piece for you.  We like to sit down with you and our design team and go over your design ideas. Contact us with your ideas and we’ll provide suggestions and a free estimate.

Can you replace a missing diamond in my ring?

Yes, we can. We will inspect your ring to determine the proper size, color, and clarity of your replacement stone. We will also make sure all the other stones are secure. We can usually give a quote while you wait.

What type of watch services do you provide?

We provide all watch services from movement repair, overhaul, replacement, batteries, link adjustment and more. No appointment is necessary.

What type of repair services do you offer?

In addition to ring sizing, appraisals, watch repair and custom jobs, we offer a variety of repair options including engravings (both machine and hand), pearl restringing, silver repair and polishing. We offer complete repair work on bracelets, necklaces, earrings including breaks, clasp repair or replacement, earring posts and backs. We also refinish rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings which include checking and tightening any stones or clasps, and completely refinishing to make it look new again.
